Commercial Condo Interior Remodel

I need detailed drawings and permits for remodeling the office spaces in a commercial condo in Virginia.

CAM (A clinic) is currently occupying Areas 101,102,103,104,105,106,107 and 108.

114 is a Break Room.

109,110,111,112, and 113 is currently occupied by MSI - A consulting office.

We are setting up company LH which will be like an Aesthetic clinic in the areas 112 and 113.

We would like to create the following in areas 112 to 113:
1) A reception desk
2) A waiting area for Patients
3) 3 Treatment areas
4) A Patient consultation room where patients will discuss treatment options with a physician
5) a smaller space where a medical assistant will talk to the patients to collect information and take pictures.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in architectural drawings
- Experience with commercial remodeling permits
- Knowledge of local Virginia building codes
- Prior experience with office space layout restructuring
