Commercial Building Plan Drafting

I already sketched out the basic layout for a new commercial space and now need those ideas turned into clean, permit-ready drawings. The building is strictly commercial (not residential or industrial), so familiarity with current commercial codes and best practices is essential.

You will receive my scanned sketches and notes outlining the footprint and key interior zones. From those, I’m looking for full architectural plans that a contractor and permitting office can read without questions—accurate dimensions, clear annotations, and consistent line-weights. CAD or BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable tool is ideal; the final files must be editable, along with a PDF set for quick viewing.

Deliverables
• Complete floor plan(s) translated from my sketches
• Elevations and at least one cross-section
• Title block with project information and scale
• PDF export plus original CAD/BIM files
