Commercial Apartment Construction Drawings
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’m a GC in Georgia and I need a Georgia licensed architect or engineer to create a set of blueprints for a 6 unit apartment building. It will need to also include exterior elevations, electrical plan, plumbing plan, and foundation plan. You will be coordinating with my civil engineering firm to meet their guidelines. All building code and ADA requirements must be met.
