I already hold a full set of detailed architectural drawings for a small commercial project in Tennessee. What is missing are structural documents focused on a supporting foundation layout, prepared and sealed by a Tennessee-licensed professional engineer.
Scope
• Analyse loads and design the column and footing in compliance with current IBC and local TN amendments.
• Produce signed and dated PE-stamped drawings (PDF) and accompanying calcs ready for the local building department.
• Coordinate with my existing architectural set to ensure all dimensions, elevations, and references match.
I will supply the architectural files in DWG/PDF . In return I need construction-ready plans, a calculation package, and your Tennessee PE number and digital seal. Fast turnaround is appreciated; please indicate your anticipated timeline and any information you still require.
