ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES NEEDED – COLORADO LICENSED ARCHITECT (RESIDENTIAL)
I am seeking a licensed Colorado Architect to review, finalize, and stamp
architectural construction documents for a single-family home in Chaffee
County, Colorado (outside Buena Vista city limits).
The project is currently at the construction documents (CD) stage.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
- Single-family residence
- Rural property in Chaffee County, CO
- Plans are near-complete; refinement and code alignment needed
- Permit submission required for county approval
AVAILABLE MATERIALS
- Rough plans and layouts
- Approximate dimensions
- Some renderings and diagrams
- Builder input available if coordination is needed
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Must be a licensed Architect in the State of Colorado
- License must be active and verifiable
- Willing to provide Colorado license number for verification
- Willing to communicate directly (email or brief call) for permit questions
- Experience producing permit-ready residential construction documents
- Familiarity with Colorado Building Code and IRC as adopted by Colorado
- Familiarity with Chaffee County permitting requirements (rural, outside
municipal limits)
SCOPE OF WORK
- Review existing plans and documentation
- Adjust drawings as needed for code compliance and permit readiness
- Finalize architectural drawings suitable for permit submission
- Apply Colorado architectural stamp
- Support limited revisions if required by Chaffee County during review
DELIVERABLES
- Complete stamped architectural plan set (PDF)
- Ready for submission to Chaffee County
- Includes all drawings typically required for a residential building permit
VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Architect must provide Colorado license number prior to work
- License must match the individual performing the review and stamping
- No third-party or proxy stamping permitted
