Coffee Shop Architectural Plan Needed

I'm looking for an experienced architect to create a detailed architectural plan for a coffee shop in Smyrna, GA, complete with a professional stamp.

Requirements:
- An architectural plan is required
- A professional stamp is necessary for approval
- Must adhere to local building codes and regulations
- Experience in commercial coffee shop design is preferred

Minimum Requirements for Commercial Plan Submittal:
• Minimum size: 24” x 36”
• Project street address
• Scope of Work statement on cover sheet
• Letter of intent for occupancy usage
• Calculated occupant load
• Travel distance(s) drawn and calculated from most remote
point(s)
• Applicable Current State Minimum Standard Codes for
Construction
• Address current ADA features and detail any required
updates
• Life Safety Plan
• Existing and Proposed Floor Plans
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Plans
