I need city-compliant building plans for a garage designed to park one vehicle. The garage should also include additional storage space.
Requirements:
- Must accommodate parking for 1 vehicle
- Include additional storage space
- Plans must comply with local city regulations in West Des Moines, Iowa (50265)
- Dimensions: 17' x 24' with a 16' door on the 24' wall and 8'6" side walls
- A 4/12 roof slope is required to attach to the existing garage with a 12" overhang
- Only three walls are needed as it will attach to the existing garage

- An approved site plan will be provided for reference.
- Current plans were rejected due to insufficient detail; accurate and detailed structural plans are required for city approval.
