Chief Architect Residential Layouts

I need a Chief Architect professional to take sevral residential project and produce clear, construction-ready drawings that focus on the sub-floors and overall site. The final files must show accurate plumbing and electrical runs as well as full foundation details, all organised on the correct layers so my builder and engineers can plug them straight into their workflow samples provide
You’ll be working from phitos and sketches and notes, refining them into a polished Chief Architect plan file (.plan) plus printable PDFs. Please make sure dimensions, elevations, and call-outs are precise and that the plans read cleanly A3
Deliverables
• Chief Architect .plan file with organised layers
• PDF set of sub-floor, plumbing, electrical, and foundation sheets
• Site layout sheet scaled and annotated for council submission
If you have a portfolio of similar residential work, especially showing MEP coordination in Chief Architect, include it so I can gauge fit quickly.
