Change of Use Application Design Specialist
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a design professional, preferably an architect, very familiar with "VBBL 2019" to help resubmit a Change of Use application to the City of Vancouver.
Key Requirements:
- Create new plans for the application
- In-depth knowledge of VBBL 2019
- Experience with City of Vancouver regulations and procedures
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Architectural design expertise
- Familiarity with building codes and zoning laws
- Strong communication skills for liaising with city officials
- This is to change use from tattoo parlour to martial arts studio (low occupancy) - 2,077 sqft unit in a multi unit building.
- Previous submission was politely rejected (see attached screenshot)
