LA Certified 700m² House Drawings
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m seeking a Los Angeles–licensed designer who can deliver a full set of permit-ready documents for a new 700 m² single-family residence. The very first milestone is to produce coordinated architectural, structural, HVAC, and complete water-and-electricity (MEP) drawings; later phases will follow as the build progresses, so I’m interested in a partner who can stay involved for several years.
Scope of the initial package
• Architectural and structural sheets stamped for LA jurisdiction
• HVAC layout sized for local energy code compliance
• Water supply, drainage, and fire-protection schematics
• Electrical and low-voltage plans, panel schedules, and load calculations
• Revision cycles until city approval
What to include in your proposal
• Your California license number and confirmation that you can stamp the plans for LA
• Examples of past projects of similar size completed under the LA or comparable code set
• A brief workflow outline showing how you will coordinate across disciplines
• A fee schedule that highlights any long-term or volume discounts you can offer over a multi-year collaboration
