Centennial Church Permit Filing Help
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
complete architectural and structural, and all other neccesary drawings for a new picnic shelter and adjoining sports field on our church property in Centennial, Colorado will already be complwted. What’s left is turning those plans into an approved building permit. I will supply the relevant Centennial codes and any church-specific regulations; you turn them into a compliant, city-ready submission.
Along with the drawings, the permit package must include:
• Site plan
• Environmental impact assessment
• Utilities plan
I also need you to prepare all City of Centennial forms, coordinate any pre-submittal meetings, and track the application through comments, corrections and final approval. Experience dealing with Centennial (or comparable Front Range municipalities) is ideal, and familiarity with ICC codes, electronic plan review portals, and Colorado stormwater requirements will make the process smoother.
Deliver the stamped, accepted permit set and confirmation of approval so we can break ground on schedule.
