Cave Tourist Attraction Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an architect who can turn a natural or man-made cavern into a memorable tourist attraction built around adventure-style guided tours. The concept should feel authentic—no theme-park clichés—but still thrill visitors with carefully planned routes, dramatic lighting, and awe-inspiring viewpoints while meeting all safety and accessibility codes.
Here is what I’m after:
• A master plan showing visitor flow from arrival to exit, including staging areas for small adventure groups.
• Conceptual sketches and mood boards that capture the raw, adventurous ambience of the cave.
• Scaled architectural drawings with structural notes for walkways, platforms, guardrails, and emergency access.
• Preliminary MEP guidance for humidity control, subtle LED lighting, and low-impact sound systems.
• A concise narrative explaining how each space supports an adventure-oriented guided tour, with checkpoints for interpretation or optional rappelling elements.
• 3D renders or a BIM model (Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar) to visualise the guest experience from entry to the final lookout.
Acceptance criteria: drawings must be suitable for local permitting review, surfaces and materials must be conservation-friendly, and all pathways should comply with regional safety standards for adventure tourism.
If you have previous cave, mine, or underground project experience—or transferable skills from heritage or adventure-park work—please include examples in your bid.
