I’m looking for a California-registered architect to move my residential project through the design phase and have it ready for approvals inside the next four weeks. The conceptual work is complete; what I need now is a polished set of CAD/Revit drawings, energy-code (Title 24) documentation, and any details a city building department will require for a straightforward permit review.
Your stamp must be valid in the State of California, and you should be fully comfortable with the current CBC as well as local planning nuances. If you can coordinate basic structural notes or flag items that typically slow permitting, that will be a plus. I’m available daily to answer questions, supply sketches, and review progress, and I’d like to schedule two intermediate check-ins before final delivery.
