I already have a complete set of plans and calculations for a single-family prefabricated ADU. All that’s missing is a California-licensed civil engineer’s review and professional stamp so I can submit the package to the local building department.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Perform a quick yet thorough civil review of the existing drawings and calcs to confirm compliance with California Building Code and any typical municipal requirements.
• Identify any minor adjustments required for approval (if any) and note them clearly so my drafter can revise.
• Provide a signed and sealed PDF set (and, if necessary, a wet-signed hard copy) that I can upload or hand-deliver to the city.
• Issue any accompanying certification letter the jurisdiction may request.
Everything was drafted in AutoCAD and compiled to PDF, so electronic markup works fine. I can forward the full plan set, structural and energy calcs, and previous plan-check comments immediately.
