COA Architect: Manufacturing Plant Plan

Job ID: 40612059

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

This project involves designing a complete building plan for a new industrial manufacturing plant. Because statutory approval in India demands it, the architect must hold a valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration.

Scope of work
• Translate the production workflow I will provide into an efficient production-area layout that meets both IS codes and local development rules.
• Prepare all architectural drawings needed for authority submission: site plan, floor plans, sections, elevations, area statement and build-up calculations.
• Coordinate basic structural and MEP provisions so the plan is ready for consultant detailing.
• Deliver editable CAD (DWG) files plus one PDF set that is print-ready.

While the immediate priority is the production area layout, the overall scheme should anticipate future add-ons such as storage blocks or office pods, so sensible expansion zones and circulation paths must be reflected in the master plan.

Key acceptances
• Drawings stamped with your COA number.
• Compliance with the latest NBC and relevant factory norms.
• Revisions until the plan is cleared by the local authority.
