Bungalow Floorplan & Eco Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete architectural and interior layout for a two-storey bungalow that will sit on a 3,400 ft² plot (50 ft wide). The brief is straightforward: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen, a living room and a study, all arranged in a hybrid layout that blends open-concept areas with a few clearly defined traditional rooms for privacy.
I’m aiming for a clean, minimalist interior aesthetic but still want the warmth of a garden seamlessly integrated into the overall plan—picture large glazed openings that draw the outside in without cluttering the space. Because efficiency matters as much as style, the design must also accommodate the following eco-features:
• Solar panels
• Energy-efficient windows
• Rainwater harvesting system
Please deliver floor plans for both levels, basic elevations that show how the garden interfaces with the living spaces, and a simple 3-D massing or perspective that helps me visualise traffic flow between the open and closed zones. Drawings can be in CAD or Revit; a PDF set is fine for review. Once the concept is approved, I’ll look to you for any minor tweaks so we can move quickly into permitting.
