G+1 Building Structural Design with Boundary Wall Design
Budget: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 INR
I need a complete structural package for a new G+1 commercial building—from the foundation all the way up to the roof slab—along with fully coordinated working drawings and a thoughtfully detailed boundary wall. Because the project is strictly commercial in use, the design must accommodate higher live loads, service cores, and clear, column-free interior spans where possible so future tenants can fit out the space flexibly.
You are free to suggest the most appropriate architectural language; I have not locked us into modern, traditional, or industrial styling. What matters to me is a rational structure that keeps costs predictable and construction straightforward. The boundary wall should follow the same logic: I’m happy to consider purely security-focused, purely aesthetic, or blended solutions as long as the proposed section, footing, and finish tie back into the main building’s look and feel.
Deliverables
• Structural analysis model (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, or equivalent) with all load cases and combinations
• Signed-off calculation report in PDF
• Construction-ready working drawings in DWG and PDF (plans, elevations, sections, beam/column schedules, footing details, reinforcement detailing)
• Boundary wall drawings and details, including foundation and gate openings
• A brief specification outlining grades of concrete, steel, and any proprietary products referenced
Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings align with prevailing building codes for commercial occupancy in my region (I will provide the code list on award).
2. All DWG files open cleanly in AutoCAD without missing Xrefs, fonts, or linetypes.
3. Structural member sizes coordinate across plans, sections, and schedules—zero discrepancies.
4. Boundary wall design meets the agreed security or aesthetic targets while maintaining structural stability under wind and soil pressures.
If something is unclear, let’s clarify early so the schedule stays on track.
