Title: Registered Building Designer (QLD) – DA & BA Drawing Review/Update
Description:
We are seeking a Registered Building Designer in Queensland to review and update an existing full set of architectural drawings in preparation for Development Application (DA) and Building Approval (BA) submission. The design work is already drawn up, and we require a qualified professional to:
Review all existing plans for compliance with current BCC zoning and overlays
Make any necessary adjustments or additions to ensure the drawings meet DA and BA submission requirements
Prepare and finalise documentation for submission
This is an urgent requirement—we are ready to proceed immediately and prefer someone available to start ASAP.
Requirements:
QBCC registered building designer (must hold appropriate license)
Proven experience with Brisbane City Council DA/BA processes
Ability to work with existing drawing sets and apply planning code knowledge
