Blueprints for 2-4 Unit Rental
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to move forward with full architectural blueprints for a small multi-family rental property—specifically a building that holds between two and four self-contained units. The goal is to maximise long-term rental income while keeping construction practical and code-compliant.
Each apartment must feel genuinely independent and market-ready, so the layouts need to include:
• In-unit laundry
• A private balcony or patio
• Walk-in closets
I’m expecting complete, permit-ready documentation: dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, basic structural notes, and a site layout showing parking. If you prefer AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or a comparable platform, that’s fine as long as the final files are delivered in both editable (DWG or RVT) and PDF formats.
Please factor in typical U.S. residential codes; I’ll supply the local zoning requirements as soon as we connect. I’d also like one round of revisions after the first draft to fine-tune unit flow and facade aesthetics.
If you can take the project from schematic design through to construction-ready plans, including basic MEP coordination, let’s talk timelines and milestones so we can break ground without delay.
