Blueprint Review for Shopping Center
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a full set of architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings for a ground-up shopping-center build and need a fresh set of expert eyes on them. Your role is to read through every sheet, add clear mark-ups where clarification is required, and flag any design conflicts or constructability concerns before we move further into procurement.
The scope is straightforward: interpret and annotate the drawings, call out clashes or missing details, and return a concise written summary that highlights the key issues you have found as well as any suggestions for improvement. I do not need a formal narrative report—just an organized set of marked-up PDFs (or comparable format) accompanied by a brief findings summary.
Deliverables:
