AutoCAD Title Block & DST Setup

I’m setting our CAD standards for a small architecture studio and need a streamlined solution built directly in AutoCAD.
First, create a clean, professional title block tailored for architectural drawings. The block must be sized for A3, carry dynamic fields for the project name and address, plus a space that accepts the designer’s digital signature. Leave room in the block layout so we can add client details later if we ever decide to show them.
Next, establish a robust DST (Sheet Set) filing system that auto-populates those same fields across new sheets, manages page numbering, and speeds up plotting. I want to open one sheet set, see every drawing in logical folders, and publish to PDF with a single click.
Key deliverables
• A3-based .dwt template containing the finished title block
• A fully configured .dst sheet set with sample sheets proving the fields link correctly
• A brief PDF or DOC quick-start guide showing my team how to load, edit, and print with the new system
• Easy for me to put in my company logo jpeg
Acceptance criteria
• Title block prints at 1:1 on A3 with crisp line-weights
• Project data entered in the Sheet Set Manager updates every sheet instantly
• No missing fonts, Xrefs, or plot styles—everything self-contained
