Architecture Expert for Building Project
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m preparing a new building project and want to bring an architect on board early so the design foundation is solid and the later engineering and permitting steps move smoothly. Because the brief is still open, your first task will be to examine the site information and the rough functional requirements I’ll share, then recommend the best architectural workflow—from initial sketches through to fully coordinated drawings.
Deliverable (for this initial contract)
• A short, clearly structured proposal outlining key design milestones, the specific drawings / models you would produce at each stage, and the tools you plan to use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or any preferred BIM/CAD platform).
Once we agree on that roadmap we can expand the engagement into concept development, detailed design and construction documentation under separate milestones.
