• Environmental control strategies for the building and Comprehensive study and analysis of applicable
air conditioning systems
• Air conditioning load calculations with detailed schedules

Sheet 2: Load Calculations & System Layout
• HVAC plans for all building areas (All floor plans at scale 1:200)


Lighting System
Sheet 1: Lighting Analysis & Zoning
• Color-coded lighting zones
• Daylighting environmental principles illustrated through plans, sections, or 3D views
• Lighting system requirements estimation and zoning strategy
• Luminaire specifications

Sheet 2: Lighting Layout Design
• Reflected ceiling plan at scale 1:200 for selected zone


Life Safety & Fire Protection System (2 A1 Posters)
Sheet 1: Egress Analysis
• Color-coded safety zones (Full floor plans on scale 1:500)
• 2-3 critical occupant locations marked with red dots in corner spaces
• Egress travel paths shown as red dotted lines from each marked location

Sheet 2: Fire Protection System Layout (ONE upper floor only at scale 1:200)
• Reflected ceiling plan showing:
• Automatic fire sprinkler plumbing layout
• Fire and smoke detector locations
• Sprinkler coverage circles rendered in light shading, distributed according to applicable
standards.
