I need an Architect/Civil Engineer to design a complete, buildable G+1 house for the front 25×32 ft portion of my 25×60 ft west-facing plot in Shankargarh, Prayagraj. The design must allow a 4 ft wide permanent access to the rear area for future rental construction.
All drawings must follow Indian standards, suit UP soil conditions, and be cost-effective without compromising safety, durability, or security.
