Architectural Plan Revisions Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have an architectural drawing set and simply need it polished. The core files are complete, but certain elements no longer match the on-site realities, so I’m looking for a quick yet precise revision rather than a full redesign.
Here is what I expect:
• Update the existing drawings where measurements or room placements have shifted.
• Tweak any dimensional inconsistencies so the plans are construction-ready.
• Provide the updated sheets in both PDF and the original editable format (DWG or equivalent).
At this stage I have not fixed which areas will change most; the focus may fall on the floor layout, façade alignment, or even a utility detail. I’ll supply the current plans, notes, and all marked-up comments as soon as we start, and I’m happy to jump on a call to clarify scope before you dive in.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar industry-standard tools is important, and accuracy to existing building codes is essential. Turnaround within a few days would be ideal.
