San Diego, CA Residential Architect – ADU Permit Plan Cleanup (Remote OK)
Project Overview
We are seeking a licensed architect or senior permit architect with direct City of San Diego DSD experience to clean up, coordinate, and correct an existing residential permit plan set for a duplex with ADUs.
This is not a design role.
The scope is correction, coordination, and permit readiness only, based on provided instructions.
Remote candidates are welcome as long as you have real City of San Diego experience.

Architectural sheets
Coordinate Architectural + MEP only
No Structural
No Landscape
No Fire drawings
Specific tasks include:
Rebuilding A01 cover / code sheet correctly
Reconciling square footage tables
Clarifying legalization of previously unpermitted space
Ensuring consistency across plans, notes, and schedules
Coordinating MEP locations with architectural plans
Implementing provided redline instructions exactly
