Architectural Drawings for Home Extension
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm looking for 'For Construction' drawings for an already approved DA. The updated plans must exclude works associated with the BIC application BC/2025/0154, specifically removing the deck from the plans. Additionally, the plans must:
- Include all BASIX commitments.
- Ensure compliance with BCA Volume 2, 2022 Deemed to Satisfy requirements.
- Match boundary alignment levels to existing conditions unless otherwise approved by Council via a S138 approval.
I have the original CAD files from the DA submission available for reference.
