Architectural Drawings for Building Permit – Pool & House Renovation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a licensed architect who can translate a clear, modern aesthetic into permit-ready drawings. We will tackle the new overflow (infinity-edge) swimming pool first, then move on to key upgrades inside the house.
Pool scope
• Full design: plan, dimensions, depths and sectional details for a skimmer-free overflow system
• Dedicated machine-room layout with all mechanical and filtration equipment shown
• Bill of Quantities covering excavation, waterproofing, reinforced concrete, steel reinforcement and the overflow channel
House scope (to follow once the pool package is settled)
• A large sliding glass opening that seamlessly connects the living area to the backyard
• New kitchen concept and interior re-layout in the same clean, minimalist language
• Refreshed bathrooms and WC plus new internal plaster finishes
Deliverables
• Permit-ready architectural drawings (PDF + editable DWG)
• Separate, itemised BOQ for both pool and building works
Everything must read as one cohesive project: sharp lines, restrained detailing and nothing fussy. If you are licensed to stamp drawings for permitting and have a portfolio that shows this kind of precise, modern work, I’m ready to get started.
