Architectural Drawings ‑ Ground Floor
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m looking for an architectural technician / draughtsperson to help redesign my ground floor and provide drawings.
Scope of work:
• Keep the kitchen in its current front-left position.
• Extend the kitchen into part of the current lounge to create a larger kitchen-diner.
• Retain a smaller lounge at the rear of the house (with patio doors).
• Add a new side window in the lounge for more natural light.
• Hall, WC and stairs remain in place but want the hallway drawn neatly into the plan.
• I already have the rough floor plan and dimensions.
Deliverables required:
• 2D floor plan drawings (before and after) with dimensions.
• Drawings suitable for builder quotations.
• Optional: building regulations drawings (depending on advice).
Budget: Looking for cost-efficient options (freelance/independent technician preferred).
