Architect for Small Gent Veranda
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I need professional help in Gent, Belgium to demolish my aging veranda and rebuild it from the ground up. The plans already exist I am leaning toward a predominantly (more than 75%) glass build supported by slim metal framing reusing existing windows and doors.
Here is what I expect:
• A brief site visit (or accurate remote assessment if feasible) to confirm measurements and constraints.
• Concept sketches and a refined design that integrates glass-and-metal materials with the existing façade.
• Full technical drawings and notes ready for local permit submission, including stability and insulation details required by Belgian regulations. Based on the existing drawings.
