Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD

I’m ready to move from ideas to plans for a container-based home on a sloped, forested block in Victoria, Australia. The site will have a full topographic survey with spot levels, and I’ve shortlisted a series of high-cube shipping containers for conversion. What I need now is complete architectural documentation that turns these raw ingredients into a build-ready design.

The priorities are clear: every square metre has to work hard, so an architect who excels at efficient use of space is essential. At the same time the building must sit naturally on the slope—retaining walls, stepped footings, or other creative responses are welcome so long as the final form feels grounded in the bush setting and meets BAL requirements.

Your drawings will need to address:
• container layouts, lightweight framing to create an Apex style roof that joins the two wings and creates a living and kitchen area in between.
• site-responsive positioning with cut-and-fill strategy, driveway access and view corridors
