I’m getting ready to build a single-family home and need an architect who can guide the entire planning process—from the first sketch through permit-ready drawings. I already own the plot; what I need now is a creative partner who understands residential design, local codes, and how to translate day-to-day living needs into an efficient, inspiring layout.
You’ll start by helping me refine the brief, visit (or virtually review) the site, and develop conceptual floor plans and massing studies. Once we lock in the concept, I’ll rely on you for detailed construction documents, elevations, and any 3D visualisations that make decisions easier. Experience with AutoCAD or Revit for the working drawings—and SketchUp or similar for quick renderings—will keep the collaboration smooth.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Schematic design package with floor plans and basic elevations
• Permit-ready architectural set, coordinated for structural and MEP consultants
• 3D model or rendered perspectives to communicate material and spatial intent
