Architect for 14-Plex Restoration Plans
Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD
I am a property developer looking to renovate a 14-plex. I need an architect to draw the renovation plans so as to satisfy City requirements.
The remodel is for the most part restoring the vacant 14-plex to its previous function. So this is a much more technical than creative project. The project is also time sensitive, we are looking to have completed drawings in a month or at worst 2 months.
The work is being done in Iowa. I am not sure how licensing works for out of state work, but I am willing to help create connections with local firms if a local firm review is legally necessary or something.
