1 Revise side extension to be at least 1m from boundary
2 Set back the extension front by approx. 1m
3 Lower the ridge height of the extension (set down by ~0.5–1m)
4 Keep rear extension under 3.5m depth & design in line with SPD
5 Use matching materials and retain architectural consistency
