Architect for 100-Home Residential Community – Site Plan, House Designs, 3D Renderings, Permit-Ready Plans
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
We are developing a 100-home build-to-rent residential community on a 110-acre site between Stillwater and Glencoe, Oklahoma. Homes will average 1,200 sq. ft. on 0.5-acre lots.
We require a skilled architect to:
Prepare full site layout including streets, green spaces, and utility access points
Design 2–4 home models (2–3 bed, 2 bath) with elevations and floor plans
Produce 3D renderings and visualizations for investors and marketing
Deliver permit-ready architectural plans compliant with U.S. building codes
Provide utility coordination diagrams for water, electric, and sewer providers
Ideal Skills:
Residential master-planned community design
Architectural drafting and 3D visualization (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Knowledge of U.S. permitting processes and local code compliance
Ability to produce construction-ready documents and investor-grade visuals
Payment Structure:
We are open to creative arrangements:
Deferred payment after funding
% of rental income for agreed period
Hybrid model (partial upfront + monthly)
Equity participation in the project
