Architect for Gurugram Home Expansion
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I live in a 270-sq-yard house in Phase IV, Gurugram that was built about 15 years ago. I’m now ready to extend it and need a licensed architect who can carry the project from concept through to drawings approved by the local statutory authority.
Scope of work
• First floor: add roughly 150 sq ft to the existing living room so the space flows better and feels open, yet keeps a clean, minimalist language.
• Second floor: create about 750 sq ft that will house a bedroom, an energy-efficient bathroom, and a small living area. Good daylighting, cross-ventilation, and provision for solar-ready services are high on my list.
• Front courtyard (3 m × 10 m): re-configure it into four car-parking bays that project onto the road shoulder, ensuring turning radii and clearances meet the local norms.
What I need from you
1. Concept options that respect the existing structure and my minimalist aesthetic.
2. Detailed architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, parking layout) in AutoCAD/Revit suitable for submission.
3. All paperwork, forms, and compliance notes required for municipal sanction, including structural stability certificates in coordination with an engineer.
4. A walkthrough or basic 3-D visual so I can review proportions before the plans are frozen.
5. Support through the approval process until the drawings receive the official stamp.
