I need a set of permit-ready drawings for a traditional wood deck, complete with wood railings. The plans must be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect or structural engineer authorized to sign residential projects in my jurisdiction.
Scope of work
• Site-specific layout showing overall deck dimensions, footing locations, and setbacks
• Framing plan with beam, joist, and ledger details sized to meet local code loads
• Elevations and sections illustrating stair-free access (no stairs in this design) and the full wood-railing system
• Connection details for ledger, posts, guardrails, and hardware
• Material schedule and concise notes that building officials can reference
• Professional seal and signature on the final PDF set
I will provide a rough sketch with measurements, site photos, and the municipality’s deck checklist. Deliver a preliminary draft for my review, incorporate any comments, and submit the stamped final drawings ready for permit submission.
