Architect-Signed Plans & Estimate
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a complete, architect-signed drawing set and an itemized cost estimate for a modern single-family home under 2,000 sq ft. The package has to be detailed enough for permitting and for reliable contractor bids.
Deliverables
• Site plan, floor plans, elevations, and basic structural layout, all stamped by a licensed architect in my jurisdiction
• PDF plus editable CAD files (DWG or similar)
• A room-by-room, trade-segmented cost estimate that covers materials, labor, and allowances, with clear assumptions noted
• One revision round after my first review to resolve comments or local code feedback
Accuracy of square footage, adherence to modern design principles, and compliance with local residential codes will be the acceptance criteria. I’ll supply the lot survey and any municipal checklists once we start.
