Overview
We are seeking an experienced In-House Architect to lead the design and execution of a large-scale private home renovation in Beverly Hills. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who enjoys working closely with homeowners, contractors, and consultants to deliver a high-quality, thoughtfully designed residence.
Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design for a full residential renovation from concept through completion
• Develop space planning, layouts, elevations, and detailed construction drawings
• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning, and permitting requirements
• Manage revisions and design changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct site visits and oversee design intent during construction
• Review contractor submittals, materials, and finishes
• Act as the primary architectural point of contact for the homeowner
Qualifications
• All experience levels welcome
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site and respond quickly to project needs
