Architect Needed for Indonesian Construction Project

Job ID: 40373306

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am looking for an architect or building designer, ideally based in Indonesia, to help turn an existing concept into proper architectural plans for construction.

I have already completed early cost analysis and have a clear direction on the design intent, layout thinking, and overall approach. I now need someone who can take that concept and develop it into clear, buildable drawings suitable for local construction and consultant coordination.

What I need:

Architectural drawings developed from an existing 2d floor plan.
Floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof plan
Clear dimensions and practical build detailing
Strong understanding of structural coordination
Knowledge of steel framing systems, spans, load paths, and practical construction detailing
Ability to think through roof structure, connections, drainage, and buildability
Coordination with Indonesian building methods, standards, and local construction realities
Someone who can help refine and improve the design, not just draft exactly what is given

Nice to have:

Experience in Indonesia on residential, hospitality, or lightweight structure projects
Experience working with steel frame construction
Understanding of structural loads and how to design practically around them
Knowledge of tropical climate design and cost efficient detailing
Ability to work alongside local builders and engineers

I am looking for someone practical, design minded, and technically strong. The priority is not just making drawings look good, but making sure the design can actually be built efficiently and properly.
