Architect Needed for Basement Storage Layout Correction

Job Description – Correction of Existing Basement Storage Layout Project

I am looking for an architect/CAD designer to correct an existing basement storage layout project.

This is not a completely new design from zero. I already have:

* the original 1940 building/basement plan
* previous draft storage layouts
* marked reference images showing which areas should and should not be used

The previous freelancer made mistakes because some main/thick structural walls were moved, even though they should have stayed unchanged. I need someone to correct the project properly and prepare a clean final layout.

Main task:
Correct the existing basement storage layout so that it follows the original building structure and my instructions.

Important correction requirements:

1. The thick/main structural walls must NOT be moved.
The main building walls must stay exactly as shown in the original plan. These walls cannot be changed, moved, or redesigned.
2. Only light/internal partition walls may be changed or added.
Storage unit walls can be created using internal partition walls, but the main structure of the building must remain unchanged.
3. The green marked area must NOT be included as storage.
This area must be excluded from the storage layout and from the storage area calculation.
4. The target number of storage units is exactly 22:

* 14 larger storage units
* 8 smaller storage units

There should be two clear size categories. The larger units do not have to be exactly double the smaller units, but the difference should be logical and visible.

5. Each storage unit must have practical access.
There must be realistic corridor/circulation space so that every storage unit can be accessed properly.
6. Corridor/circulation areas must not be counted as storage area.
7. Each storage unit must have a clearly shown door/opening.
8. The final plan must be realistic and based on the existing basement geometry.
Please do not invent a new building shape and do not move the main walls.

Required deliverables:

* Corrected basement storage layout in PDF
* High-resolution JPG/PNG
* Editable CAD/DWG file if possible
* Storage unit numbering
* Dimensions
* Area labels in m²
* Clear corridor/access areas
* Clear distinction between larger and smaller storage units

Before starting, please confirm that you understand:

* this is a correction of an existing project
* the thick/main walls must not be moved
* the green marked area must be excluded
* only internal partition/storage walls may be changed
* the target is exactly 22 storage units: 14 larger and 8 smaller
* every storage unit needs realistic corridor access
