Architect & Interior Designer Needed

Job ID: 40191166

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I am moving forward with a new mixed-use development and need one professional team that can carry the project from concept to detailed construction drawings. The ground-floor retail component is relatively compact—under 5,000 sq ft—yet it must feel inviting, flexible, and visually distinct from the upper-level offices. Final office square footage is still being refined, so I need a design approach that can adapt as leasing commitments come in.

Scope
You will look after both the architectural layout and the interior design language so the exterior massing, circulation, façades, lobby, retail shells, and office interiors all read as one cohesive story. I’m expecting early massing studies, mood boards, and material palettes, followed by schematic plans, 3D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and ultimately a full set of permit-ready drawings. Coordination with local codes and sustainability targets is critical.

Deliverables (at minimum)
• Concept packages: site analysis, zoning checks, preliminary floor plates
• Schematic design set with 3D renders for retail and office zones
• Detailed interior finishes schedule and lighting plan
• Final construction documents stamped by a licensed architect in the project jurisdiction
• Ongoing design support through bidding and construction administration

Acceptance criteria
All drawings must align with current IBC requirements, be issued in both PDF and editable CAD/Revit formats, and meet landlord hand-over standards for the retail units.

If you have a strong portfolio of mixed-use or comparable commercial projects and can commit to clear, scheduled milestones, I’d love to review your proposal and timeline.
