We are looking to hire an experienced architect and interior designer (open to individual bids or a combined proposal) to help bring our dream home to life. The ideal partner(s) will assist in developing custom house plans, exterior elevation renderings, and interior design support including 3D renderings and material sourcing.
This is a full custom home project inspired by an English cottage aesthetic — symmetrical, timeless, and cozy — with thoughtful space planning for a growing family.

• Foyer with grand staircase
• Formal living room
• Vaulted-ceiling family room
• Kitchen at the back of the family room
• Semi-enclosed dining room facing the backyard
• Office/study

• Large laundry/mudroom with access to side-entry garage
• Primary/master bedroom suite
• Daughter’s bedroom with a private full bathroom
• Powder room (half bath)
Upstairs:
• Boys’ bunk room with dedicated bathroom
