Georgia-Licensed Architect AND/OR Structural Engineer Needed — Stamped A-Sheets & S-Sheets (2-Week Turnaround)
I am seeking Georgia-licensed professionals to produce permit-ready, stamped A-sheets and S-sheets for a residential structure in McIntosh County, GA.
Either:
• A Georgia-Licensed Architect and a Georgia-Licensed Structural Engineer (PE) working separately, OR
• One individual who is licensed in Georgia as BOTH an Architect and a PE may perform the entire scope.

• Full structural review of the already-built structure
• Pier foundation engineering:
• Footings
• Soil bearing assumptions
• Pier spacing & load verification
• Rebar schedules
• Uplift anchoring
• PT wood treatment specs
• Load path analysis (beams, joists, roof)
• Wind load calculations (McIntosh County, GA)
• Georgia residential code-compliant structural notes
• Final stamped S-sheets that align with A-sheets
Final Deliverables:
