Experienced Architect/Designer Wanted – Building Code Expertise & Permit Set QA (Remote/Flexible, Long-Term Collaboration)
We are a growing small architecture firm working on a diverse range of residential and small commercial projects, including:

Single-family home remodels and additions
New custom homes
Townhomes
Small mixed-use apartments (currently 3–4 stories)

We’re seeking an experienced licensed architect or designer to provide ongoing quality assurance and code consulting services, with a focus on:

Thorough review and markup of final permit drawing sets
Building code analysis and advice (IBC, local amendments, accessibility, energy, fire/life safety, etc.)
Particular expertise with small mixed-use and multifamily projects
