Residential Building Inspection Checklist Preparation
IMPORTANT: All deliverables must be prepared entirely in Arabic language. The Saudi Building Code (SBC) shall be used as the primary reference.
We are looking for an experienced Civil or Architectural Engineer with a strong background in QA/QC and residential construction inspections to prepare a comprehensive inspection checklist for residential building projects.

External Works & Landscaping
3. Mechanical Works:
Plumbing
HVAC
Fire Fighting Systems (if applicable)
4. Electrical Works:
Electrical Conduits & Wiring
Electrical Panels
Lighting, Switches & Sockets
Low Current Systems (if applicable)
5. Final Handover:

Requirements for Each Work Item
For every work item, provide:
Construction stages.
Detailed inspection checkpoints for each stage.
Acceptance and rejection criteria.
Reference to the applicable Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements.
Common defects and important inspection notes.

Provide a well-organized Excel file, where each row represents a single inspection checkpoint, including the following columns:

Qualifications:
