Apartment Redesign and Layout

I am looking for a skilled architec/interior designerto redesign a 5-bedroom apartment. The ideal candidate should be creative, responsive, and efficient.

Key Steps:
- Present 2-3 design options based on a provided brief.
- Create detailed technical working plans for the chosen design:
- Electrical, plumbing, flooring, AC, bathroom tiling, construction/deconstruction, and lighting plans.
- Develop comprehensive kitchen and carpentry plans.

Requirements:
- Up to 2 adjustments per step based on client feedback.
