Apartment Design & Drawings Needed

I’m kicking off the design of a brand-new apartment building and need a skilled architect to take it from a blank page through full construction documentation. At this stage there are no existing sketches or plans, so you’ll be shaping the concept, refining it in design development, and producing the complete set of working drawings the contractor can build from.

The scope covers space planning, elevations, sections, typical details, schedules, and all coordination needed for structural, MEP, and code compliance. I’ll be the single point of contact, reviewing each milestone and providing prompt feedback so decisions never stall.

Key deliverables
• Design-development package: plans, elevations, massing studies, and a coordinated outline specification
• Construction-drawing set: fully dimensioned plans, sections, details, door/window schedules, and notes ready for permit submission and tender

Formats: native CAD (AutoCAD or Revit) plus PDF plots for review.

We’ll work iteratively: concept → DD submission → red-line revision → final CD issue. Clear communication, tidy layer management, and accuracy are a must; creative flair is welcome as long as it stays buildable and code-compliant.
