Agricultural Storage Building Plans

I’m ready to move forward with a complete set of plans for a residential-classified agricultural storage building. The structure will sit on my own land and must satisfy local residential permitting rules while giving me the open, tall interior I need for tractors, feed and general farm equipment.

What I need from you
• A full architectural drawing package: floor plan, elevations, sections, and roof layout, delivered in PDF plus an editable CAD format (AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
• Basic structural details and notes that a local engineer can stamp without major rework.
• A simple 3D model or render so I can visualise the massing and show it to the county office.

I can supply the site dimensions, rough sketches of the layout I have in mind and photos of neighbouring buildings for style context. Local code references will also be provided once we begin. Experience with post-frame or metal-sided agricultural structures is a bonus, but any solid background in residential code-compliant design is welcome.

Please let me know your typical turnaround time for the first draft and how many revision rounds you include. I’m looking for clear communication and drawings precise enough to hand straight to the permitting desk and my builder.
