Aboriginal Cultural Space Architectural Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m commissioning a full set of architectural drawings for a new public space dedicated to Aboriginal cultural gatherings. The core package I need delivered includes coordinated floor plans, a detailed site plan that situates the project within its landscape, and at least one clear section that captures the spatial relationships and key levels.
Because the setting is culturally significant, sensitivity to Aboriginal heritage and tradition is essential. Your design documentation should respect customary gathering practices, allow for flexible outdoor-indoor flow, and incorporate natural materials wherever practical. Accuracy is critical—please produce files ready for municipal submission, complete with dimensions, north point, scale bars, and annotation that meets local code standards.
Preferred formats are DWG (model and layout), accompanied by high-resolution PDFs for quick review. If you work in Revit or Archicad, that’s fine so long as you can also export coordinated DWGs and layered PDFs.
Acceptance criteria
• Site plan: property boundaries, contours, existing vegetation, new structures, service access, and a clear legend.
• Floor plans: fully dimensioned, labelled spaces, door/window schedules.
• Section: minimum 1:100, shows floor-to-ceiling heights, structural grid, material call-outs.
• All drawings align on a common grid, consistent annotation style, and plotted at the agreed scales.
